Your private chartered flights will have you landing at King Island within 1 hour. You'll be surfing perfect uncrowded waves in around 1.5 hours of departing and picking up our 4WD straight from the airport. 

You'll also save a lot of time so you can surf more. Unlike commercial airlines when you can lose up to half a day waiting at airports, driving, parking, security, check-ins, extra baggage.  Flying with us you can arrive minutes before we depart (remember it is your private plane so we depart whatever time suits you), park your car next to the plane (for FREE), load the surfboards and you're away - No hidden booking, parking, luggage fees.

Our base is at Barwon Heads airport were most of our flights depart from, however we also offer convenient airport pickups and drop-offs points from Avalon, Essendon, Tyabb airports. If you prefer we can pick you up from your nearest local airport (at an extra cost - call us for a quote).

Interstate travellers

Flying from interstate is easier and quicker than you think. We can conveniently pick you up by plane at either Avalon or Essendon Airports flying direct to King Island getting you in the water a lot quicker!

Alternatively, save some money and catch a bus to Barwon Heads Airport. Either from Avalon Airport driving to Barwon Heads Airport (which is roughly a 30 minute drive) or catch the Gull bus charter from Melbourne (Tullamarine airport) to Geelong (1.5 hours) > We can pick you up from Geelong driving you to Barwon Heads Airport (20 minutes).

HOW TO PACK FOR A SMALL AIRCRAFT:

  • PACK LIGHT!

  • No triple board bags. Socks are great, singles and double bags acceptable

  • Do not pack anything other than boards in your board bags (NO wetties, towels, spare fins, wax etc)

  • Fins out of all boards, prior to arrival at airport.

  • Space for glassed in fin boards limited - bring it but don’t expect to get it in.

  • Maximum of 12 boards total

  • No carry on luggage - camera bag or handbag size is acceptable. It’s a 40 minute flight.

  • Soft bags are preferred, smaller hard suitcases ok

  • King Island has quarantine restrictions - no fruit & vegetables. Surfboards must be clean. No dirty boots
